Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Global Transportation Support LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and dispatching services (the "Service").

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information. Together, these documents form your Agreement with us.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service — email us at Globaltransportationsupport@gmail.com and we'll try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services

Our platform connects customers who need to ship goods with the dispatching, load planning, and logistics support services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). Certain features may carry additional guidelines or rules, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Definitions: an Order is a request for transportation services submitted by the customer; Goods means the equipment or freight to be transported.

3. General Brokerage Terms

Customers and drivers understand and agree that Global Transportation Support LLC functions as an independent dispatching and logistics-support entity — not as a motor carrier — in arranging transportation for compensation.

Each order is subject to a Service Agreement incorporating these Terms in full, along with any additional terms necessary to complete the service. Customers and transporters agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of goods loss or damage, theft, delay, property damage, or personal injury.

If requested, we will provide proof of acceptance and delivery of goods via signed documentation. The terms of any freight documentation we use may not be edited, altered, or modified by other parties.

Transit insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Carrier & Transporter Obligations

Parties will use the order documentation provided by our platform; these Terms prevail over any other form used during pickup and delivery.

Transporters are responsible for: providing timely and accurate delivery instructions and shipment descriptions, including special handling requirements; loading and unloading goods safely; maintaining goods in safe condition until delivery in compliance with applicable law; and furnishing any documentation required for compliance. We assume no liability for loss or expense arising from a transporter's failure to comply.

Transporters waive and release Global Transportation Support LLC from liability for loss, damage, or injury to their own property or equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly agreed in writing, we make no warranties, direct or implied, regarding consignments, goods in transit, or information provided on the platform, and we are not liable for delay or damages unless agreed to in writing in advance.

If either party's performance is affected by causes beyond its reasonable control (fire, labor strikes, weather, mechanical breakdowns, fuel shortages, government regulation, etc.), timelines and obligations are deferred for the duration of the interruption, provided the affected party promptly notifies the other and takes reasonable steps to mitigate the effects.

6. Claims

Claims for cargo loss, shortage, or damage must be filed with us within 30 days, with any formal dispute initiated within 6 months. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay unless caused by our own negligent acts.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to a shipment unless the potential nature and value of such damages were disclosed to us in writing beforehand and we specifically agreed in writing to accept responsibility.

All other claims must be raised within 30 days of discovery and formally filed within 60 days.

Invoice disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the invoice date, or the invoice is deemed accepted as valid.

7. Indemnification

Global Transportation Support LLC will indemnify and hold harmless transporters, drivers, and their employees from claims, losses, fines, or damages — including personal injury, property damage, or goods damage — to the extent caused by our negligence, deliberate misconduct, our employees' violation of applicable regulations, or our breach of this Agreement.

8. Communications

By using our Service, you agree to receive service updates, marketing, and promotional communications from us. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing Globaltransportationsupport@gmail.com.

9. Payments

If you purchase services through the Platform, you may be asked for billing information relevant to the transaction. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided and that your information is accurate and complete.

We may use third-party services to process payments, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including service availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

10. Refunds

We issue refunds for service contracts within 15 days of the original purchase.

11. Content

Content found on or through this Service is the property of Global Transportation Support LLC or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, or copy any Content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to: violate any applicable law or regulation; harm or exploit minors; transmit spam or unsolicited advertising; impersonate the Company or any person; infringe on others' rights; or engage in conduct that restricts others' use of the Service or exposes us to liability.

You further agree not to overburden or impair the Service, use bots or scrapers, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, launch denial-of-service attacks, or falsify our ratings.

13. Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze use of our Service.

14. No Use by Minors

The Service is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have full authority to enter into this Agreement.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Transportation Support LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

16. Copyright Policy & DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe Content on our Service infringes your copyright, email Globaltransportationsupport@gmail.com with subject line "Copyright Infringement," including: a signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner; a description and location (URL) of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate.

Misrepresentation or bad-faith claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

17. Feedback

Feedback you provide to us regarding errors, suggestions, or improvements becomes ours to use freely, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may link to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices, and encourage you to review their terms before use. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by reliance on third-party content, goods, or services.

19. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Global Transportation Support LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. Where liability is found, it is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability — will survive.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.

23. Changes to Service & Terms

We may amend these Terms or modify the Service at any time by posting updates to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.

24. Waiver & Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent tribunal, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
